Telephonic Back on Track BSCI’s Back On Track Plus Program has been designed to help WLS patients who have regained weight or who are struggling with an extended plateau. Get the education and motivation you need to get back on track to reach and maintain your optimum weight loss goals.
Our 2010 program includes a Body Knowledge ™ Assessment which includes a rental of the GoWearFit® Armband metabolic monitoring device, online access and a consultation with a BSCI Certified Body Knowledge™ Facilitator. This assessment is required prior to the beginning of class. Please call to schedule 800-339-9129.
Participants must have the following materials: Back On Track booklets including: Goal Getting, Exchanging Habits, Strength-n-Sculpt, Kick Start, and Maintenance Mentality booklets; Back on TrackTracker; Assignment Guide and seminar access code.

Advanced Telephonic Back On Track Facilitator The advanced 8-week Telephonic Facilitator Course is for BSCI paid instructors and Licensees. Course includes an introductory class on week one which provides information on the use of the facilitator guidebook, lesson materials, administrative tools and overview. Week 2—7 includes participation in an actual Back On Track Class, followed by a facilitator debriefing and additional training each week. Week 8 provides additional administrative and organizational information, as well as sales and marketing planning and development guidelines. Licensees are able to purchase materials for below wholesale prices, engage BSCI’s marketing and advertising support and annual updates and refreshers. Additionally, BOT Licensees and Instructors may also become certified as Body Knowledge™ Facilitators to conduct Body Knowledge™ Assessments using metabolic monitoring armbands and BSCI’s tools and templates.

New Beginnings for WLS Patients This timely and informative class provides education and support for new weight-loss surgery patients. Class includes information on setting weight loss goals, tracking your progress & journaling. Participants will have the opportunity to create a customized weight-loss progress chart and restaurant card.
