| I had my surgery May 8th 2007, and I have only really lost like 93 lbs. I shouldnt complain right? Some people lose more, I guess. Im grazing now though... so Im starting Alli and waliking everyday. I am much happier though, having went from a size 28 to a 16. Id like to say I have more energy but sometimes Im still tired, B12 maybe? I still see a nutritionist and you know this really is a LIFETIME commitment. You will always be limited to what you can eat, unless you want to feel like crap! I do it sometimes, my cravings for food get the best of me and than I pay for it. But live and learn right? Its better than not being able to tie your shoes without losing your breathe! |
